One of the first new features is already here: Film Fanatic members can now redeem Film Fanatic Tickets online. That means eligible rewards can be used right from the website, making it easier than ever to plan your next trip to the movies.

When you are logged in to your Film Fanatic Rewards account, you can view available rewards, Film Fanatic Tickets, credits, and other eligible offers connected to your account.

New: Online Ticket Redemption

Redeeming rewards is now more convenient. Eligible Film Fanatic Tickets can be redeemed online through your Flagship Cinemas account during the ticket purchase process. Simply sign in, select your movie, showtime, and seats where applicable, and apply your available Film Fanatic Ticket reward at checkout.

Account Credits and Rewards

Your Film Fanatic Rewards account makes it easier to keep track of what is available to you. After logging in, members can view eligible account credits, Film Fanatic Tickets, rewards, and offers that may be available for use.

Using Film Fanatic Rewards In Theater

Your Film Fanatic Rewards account goes with you every time you visit Flagship Cinemas. Members can ask for a Film Fanatic Card at the box office or concession stand and have it linked to their Film Fanatic Rewards account for quick access during future visits.

Don’t have your card with you? No problem. Members can still earn rewards by providing the name, phone number, or email address used when signing up.

No Pass Restrictions

Some movies, special engagements, premium formats, events, or newly released titles may have No Pass Restrictions. When a No Pass Restriction applies, certain passes, rewards, discounts, or offers may not be eligible for that showtime.
