We understand that plans can change. Refunds and exchanges for tickets purchased through flagshipcinemas.com may be requested before the printed showtime on your ticket or confirmation, subject to the terms below.
To request a refund for tickets purchased on our website, please use the “Refund Tickets” link in your confirmation email. Online refund requests must be submitted at least 30 minutes before the printed showtime on the ticket or confirmation.
Refunds are returned to the original form of payment when eligible. Please allow time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Refunds or exchanges may also be handled at the theater box office. Tickets must be presented at least 10 minutes before the printed showtime.
To exchange tickets purchased online at the box office, please present the confirmation number and the credit card or payment method used for the original purchase.
To refund tickets purchased online at the box office, the confirmation number and original payment method must be presented. Refunds may be returned to the original card, applied toward another purchase, or issued as Flagship Cinemas User Credit when available and approved.
Movie tickets purchased through flagshipcinemas.com may include online convenience or booking fees. These fees are generally non-refundable to the original card unless required by law or otherwise approved by Flagship Cinemas.
In some cases, eligible convenience fees may be issued as Flagship Cinemas User Credit instead of being refunded to the original card.
Tickets purchased online using a Flagship Cinemas gift card may only be refunded or exchanged when presented to the box office before the printed showtime. Eligible refunds for gift card purchases may be returned to the original gift card, issued as User Credit, or applied toward another purchase.
Before completing your purchase, please carefully confirm the movie title, theater location, show date, showtime, ticket quantity, ticket type, and seat numbers at reserved seating locations.
Once the printed showtime has passed, tickets are not refundable or exchangeable. Exceptions may be made only when required by law or when approved by theater management due to a canceled show, theater issue, or other qualifying circumstance.
Tickets purchased through third-party websites, apps, or partners may be subject to that third party’s refund and exchange policies. Please refer to the original seller or purchase confirmation for refund instructions.
