I understand that if I am hired, my employment will be “at will” and can be terminated, with or without cause and with or without notice, at any time, at the option of either The Company or myself. I understand that no employee, manager, or other agent of The Company other than the President has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing. Any amendment to the foregoing must be in writing and signed by the President.
  4. I hereby state that each answer to a question herein and all other information otherwise furnished is true and correct. I understand that any falsification, misrepresentation, or omission could be grounds for rejection or discharge.
