Ticket Refund Policy

In order to refund tickets purchased on our website, a refund request must be submitted by following the “Refund Tickets” link on the confirmation email, or by emailing, at least 30 minutes before the printed showtime on the ticket/confirmation.

Refunds or exchanges can also be made at the theatre's box office, but they must be presented at least 10 minutes before the showtime.

  • To exchange tickets purchased online at the box office, the credit card used in the purchase must be presented.
  • To refund tickets purchased online (minus the online fee) at the box office, the confirmation number and credit card used in the online purchase must be presented at the box office.
  • Tickets purchased online using a Flagship gift card are not refundable unless presented to the box office before the showtime.

Movie tickets purchased through include non-refundable convenience fees. Before purchasing, we urge you to confirm the details of your purchase including the movie title, time, location, seat numbers (at reserved seating locations) and quantity of tickets for the movie you wish to see.

Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. No exceptions can be made.
