In order to refund tickets purchased on our website, a refund request must be submitted by following the “Refund Tickets” link on the confirmation email, or by emailing flagship-cinemas@cinemaplus.com, at least 30 minutes before the printed showtime on the ticket/confirmation.
Refunds or exchanges can also be made at the theater's box office, but they must be presented at least 10 minutes before the showtime.
Movie tickets purchased through flagshipcinemas.com include non-refundable convenience fees. Before purchasing, we urge you to confirm the details of your purchase including the movie title, time, location, seat numbers (at reserved seating locations) and quantity of tickets for the movie you wish to see.
Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. No exceptions can be made.
