Rental Terms & Conditions

Packages may not be mixed and matched. A film rental can be upgraded to a Premium film rental at any time. Later add-ons of party time may be available but require management approval due to extra time allotted for the party.

Each rental option has a minimum guest requirement. You are welcome to have fewer guests, but you will still be charged for the minimum base price.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to rental time. It is unlikely any additional time can be given for late arrivals. Groups must leave the auditorium after the film unless otherwise arranged. Theaters are not available more than 15 minutes prior to rental time.

The per-person rate applies to all ages including chaperones/parents/guardians (infants in carriers are excluded). Groups of 50 or more should contact theater management for rental pricing and availability. Dates and times are merely requests until confirmed by theater management. Your rental is not finalized until a member of management has confirmed your requested party date/time. Availability is subject to change.

The full price must be paid before the film starts. Cash and cards accepted. Business checks accepted for certain business rentals - please contact theater management with any questions. Film selection is subject to change and cannot be confirmed until public bookings are announced (e.g., Friday rentals will be confirmed the Tuesday prior). Special event features may not be included due to contract obligations and special pricing. Groups also have the option to bring in DVD/Blu-ray, which they must supply. DVDs over 3 hours may not be available or may be subject to additional fees. Party Packages do not include plasticware or paper goods. Renters may bring in their own tablecloths (if desired), plates, plasticware, and serving utensils.

No open flames.

The $50 deposit is non-refundable. Theater management will try to accommodate rescheduling, if possible, with more than 24 hours' notice. If the rental fails to arrive for a scheduled rental or gives less than 24 hours' notice of cancellation, a new deposit/rental agreement will be required.

Should the theater need to close or alter operating capacity in any way that would cancel a rental (e.g., extreme weather, safety conditions, technical/electrical failures, etc.) rentals will be given the option to reschedule, obtain passes to future public shows, or be refunded.

Theater management reserves the right to update or edit these terms and conditions as needed at any time and will provide written notice if they do so.

Rentals are not fully booked without paid deposit. Rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposits are due no later than one week prior to the rental and may be requested earlier if there is other interest on that date. Rentals with unpaid deposits one week prior to the rental will be canceled.
